How long will it take for me to receive my order? How much is shipping?
Many of our items are made to order, and will not ship right away. You are welcome to cancel your order at any time. We will try our best to communicate our best estimates. Most other orders will usually be boxed up and out the door within 48 business hours.
Shipments may be delayed when Winkwag is at an event. You can check out our event calendar here.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
The shipping method selected at checkout may be substituted or upgraded at our discretion. This generally occurs when combining multiple orders, when an order is placed while we are at an event, or for an item on back stock. Thank you for your understanding.

How are items shipped?
We ship almost every order via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (unless specified). Tracking information may be sent to the email used to place your order.
All product packages will be wrapped in a plain brown or white box.
Can you rush an order?
Many of our items are made to order, so probably not! But if you have a deadline, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make it in time or let you know if we can't.
Winkwag travels to events across the country. If you'd like to arrange a pick-up at one of our events, please notify us in advance and leave a note in the note section at checkout. Any orders picked up at an event will have shipping costs refunded.

How are purchases billed?
Your billing statement may show up as our company name (Sonatale, LLC) or our website (winkwag.com) or both.
