What happened to your retail store? D:

The pandemic happened. :( We miss it too! But we're still kicking butt! Find us at events all over the country. And who knows, maybe we'll open another brick and mortar location soon...

How much is shipping?

Free for all orders over $100 and free for all orders placed at a convention. For everything else, check out our shipping page for more!

What is your return policy?

Our official return policy is available here. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

Where are you located?

We are located in Oklahoma, USA. But you can find us at events all over the country!

Ok... but where is your stuff made?

Most of it is made in Oklahoma! But sometimes it's made wherever we are. Like our hotel room. xD

We also carry cool stuff from a very small selection of partners and friends, and they are based all over.

What are your products made out of?

It is our goal to create high quality products, and we do that by using the best materials we can find.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Can you customize your products?

Yes! If you simply want one of our items in a different color or size, just leave a note in the text box at checkout or contact us directly.

If you want a custom product or a large order, please contact us directly.

How are purchases billed?

Your billing statement may show up as our company name (Sonatale, LLC) or our website (winkwag.com) or both.
